TRIBES of KAI
The planet KAI is home to five tribes of six-limbed, anthropomorphic felines, called "Mantakai". These five tribes are approaching a delicate transition. A long-standing ritual amongst the tribes, known as the Stance. The "Stance" is a competition, meant to take place during a sacred interval of the planet's lunar alignment. During which, a new leader will be ordained to rule over all of the tribes. One is chosen amongst each tribe to compete for this respected role, and will be appointed overlord by a council of elders, based on the presence of five distinct traits: Honor. Strategy. Wisdom. Bravery. Compassion. But another species has been evolving in juxtaposition to the Mantakai. A reptilian race, the Tobognai, have plans to take a stance of their own.
